The Slinger Dock De-Icer by Scott Aerator
Ice buildup in winter can cause lots of problems for boats, dock pilings, and boathouses as well as for fish and wildlife ponds. We offer this Scott Aerator De-Icer that comes from over 45 years of experience to develop a de-icer that is efficient, reliable and extremely durable in keeping surface areas free of damaging ice. The Slinger De-Icer works by bringing warmer water from the bottom and sending it out in a continuous agitated movement.
The Scott Aerator Slinger style De-Icer can be suspended from a boat, pilings or dock by utilizing nylon ropes (included) to fasten. The Slinger De-Icer easily adjusts to compensate for varying water levels, and its heavy duty design is perfect for fresh and salt waters. The unique design allows for use in hard-to-reach areas and for rapidly changing conditions. An economical solution to prevent ice formation in large marinas and dock areas.
