Kasco Robust-Aire 1 Sub-Surface Aerator

Kasco’s re-designed Robust-Aire sub-surface aeration systems are an easy to install and low maintenance solution to your pond and lake organic debris problems. The Robust-Aire 1 features a 1/4 HP Teich-Aire rocking piston compressor, 100 feet of 3/8″ tubing, 1 Robust-Aire diffuser, and cabinet storage options. These units work great as a de-icer!

The Robust-Aire 1 includes the powerful 1/4 HP Teich-Aire rocking piston compressor. This compressor is equipped with thermal overload protection, has a 40 PSI pressure relief valve, offers a 6 foot power cable, and can produce up to 3.8 CFM.

This Kasco sub-surface aeration system includes a 100 foot section of their self-weighted 3/8″ tubing. This air hose is backed by a 15 year product warranty!

The Robust-Aire diffuser will continuously release micro-bubbles that rise from the bottom of the pond to the surface, carrying large volumes of water. This creates a significant amount of oxygen transfer and causes beneficial water movement and mixing. This air diffuser is self sinking.

Any air compressor needs to be protected from dirt, moisture and from the outdoor elements such as rain and snow. That’s why Kasco offers two cabinets to protect your air compressor, the base mount or the post mount cabinet. If you elect to choose a package with no cabinet, make sure you have a place where the compressor will be stored safely from the outside environment. Installation instructions for both of these cabinets is included in the product manual.
