MEA Lake Pro 4 Aeration Kit

This is Matala’s complete aeration package for lakes 1 to 4 acres in size. Aerate your lake from the bottom up with this lake aeration system. Easily place the air diffusers in four separate locations on the floor of your lake and let Matala’s 3/4 HP rocking piston compressor do the rest. This aeration system includes a 3/4 HP compressor, 400 feet of air hose, four 9″ air diffusers, and has the option to add a weather proof cabinet that will protect all the components.

Matala’s MPC-200C package features a 3/4 HP Rocking Piston Compressor and air filter, combined with a 4 way heavy duty manifold. The manifold includes an oil filled pressure gauge to reduce indicator vibration. This gives a more accurate reading of the actual psi of your system. Also attached is a pressure relief valve which opens at approximately 17 psi to prevent damage to the compressor. The gang valves are high quality brass with 3/8″ barbs connectors. A short section of heat resistant hose is included so as to reduce heat to your air hose connection. All of Matala’s components are of high quality and have a sleek design.

This Matala lake aeration kit includes 400 feet of WAH self-sinking weighted air hose. It is 3/8″ in size and is heavy duty so it will not kink. It will ship in one 300 foot section and one 100 foot section.

Matala’s MDB11 9″ membrane air diffuser assembly features a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel. This eliminates the need for bricks and straps to get the diffusers to sink. A single head handles airflow from 1.4 – 4.2 cfm.

The Lake Pro 4C aeration kit includes all the components of the Lake Pro 4, and adds Matala’s heavy duty weather proof cabinet. The locking cabinet is a landscape green color and is designed for extreme outdoor weather conditions. The cabinet stands on a solid support base to maintain a level installation. Within the cabinet Matala has added a cooling fan with cross flow ventilation.

The compressor plugs into a built-in outlet. All components are protected within. The heat protection hose leads externally and all you have to do is connect your air hose. Very simple to install and operate. The cabinet should be located above pond water level and flood zone and within 50 feet of the shore. We advise you not to bury the locking cabinet.
